Accommodations for your pet

On board we have three comfortable options for your pet. Pet-Carrier accommodation, which will allow your pet to travel in a carrier next to your seat. Pet-Sofa, where your pet can travel on a mattress, attached to your seat; or our Pet-Rooms. The Pet-Rooms are ventilated and shaded kennels located on the outside terrace. They are equipped with cameras and you can visit them at any time during the trip.

Among them, is our 'On Board Club' app, which allows you to choose movies, series, games, and music, to enjoy on your own devices. You will also find spaces with live TV, board games, or a playground for kids.

You will find free Wi-Fi connection, available in areas with mobile signal. Our free Wi-Fi service gives access to messaging services (such as WhatsApp text) and email.

In the case of social networks, audiovisual platforms, and other uses of the Internet, as we navigate in the open sea the use will depend on mobile signal, so the experience might not be optimal during your whole crossing.

Ferry bus

On the crossings between Tenerife and Gran Canaria you can use our free ferry bus service that connects Las Palmas de G.C. (city center) and the port of Agaete (ferry port). Our ferry bus schedules work in coordination with the departure times of our fast ferrys. To use this service you must indicate it in advance of your trip and book your seat, as they are limited.

Luggage compartments

For your comfort, before boarding, you can leave your suitcases in our luggage carts (€1) at the port. We upload them to the ferry for you and you can pick them up at your destination.
