*The tickets allow changes of dates, times and fares according to availability, provided that they are valid (valid for one year from the date of purchase). If there are no seats available at the same fare, a higher fare will be offered and the customer must pay the amount corresponding to the difference.
However, our tickets do not allow the separation of the initial passengers or vehicles into separate reservations (locators), they are considered as an indivisible whole, except in the case of refundable fares (Flexible or Oro). Therefore, if a member included in a locator is unable to travel, their seat will not be refunded and cannot be used for another journey. The same applies to vehicles; if your vehicle does not travel, it will not be refunded and that part of the ticket cannot be reused. Similarly, any change to the ticket will affect all passengers included in the same ticket locator.
** Our VIP Gold Class lounge offers a full gastronomic service during the trip, with a varied selection of drinks, main courses, snacks and desserts. From Monday to Friday we serve hot and cold dishes, while at weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and on public holidays we offer a careful selection of cold options: sandwiches, salads, cold meats and cheese boards, among other high quality specialities.
We also have a wide selection of meals adapted for celiacs, diabetics, or lactose intolerant, as well as vegan and ovo-lacto-vegetarian options. Requests for these special menus must be made up to 48 hours before the trip and can be requested during the purchase process, or by sending an email to reservas@fredolsen.es
*** Points will automatically appear on your Fred. Olsen Plus Card on the first day of the month following the completion of each journey.
**** The menu consists of: a main option (sandwich, pastries or similar), a drink (hot, soft drink, beer, water or juice), and a snack (fruit, chips or yogurt). It can be requested in cafeterias on board with a "Web Plus" sign. Shop discounts are applicable to all products except newspapers, magazines, snacks, and tobacco.
These conditions do not apply to the route between the Canary Islands and Huelva (Spanish Mainland)
