It's very easy! On our website, through this link, in just a few minutes: register at Fred. Olsen Plus. You can also register on our mobile application. On the top right you will find a user icon, click on it, complete the steps and join our programme.
You can check your points balance in our customer area, which is available both on our website and in our app. Remember that to access you must enter the same personal details that you have associated with your Fred. Olsen Plus profile.
The number of points you earn for your purchases depends on the details of your trip. You can check this information at the time of your purchase, both on the ticket and at our customer service points.
Remember that your points are automatically added to your account from the 1st of the month following your trip. If they have not been added after that date, please contact our Contact Centre.
The points earned for your purchases will be added to your account on the 1st of the month following the date of your trip. If this date has passed and your points have not yet been added to your account, please contact us here.
To ensure your points are added correctly, always purchase tickets while logged in to your account. If purchasing by phone or at our offices, inform our staff you are a Fred. Olsen Plus member.
To safeguard your privacy, Fred. Olsen Plus does not automatically link purchases to your ID or email address. However, to ensure points are credited, please quote your membership number during purchase.

Your points do not expire, except after one year with no balance movement in your Fred. Olsen Plus user profile. In other words, if you travel at least once a year with us, your points will not expire indefinitely.
Any traveller can use your points. However, the Fred. Olsen Plus member holder wishing to pay with points must be the one making the booking.
