On board we have three comfortable options for your pet. Pet-Carrier accommodation, where your pet can travel in a carrier next to your seat. Pet-Sofa, where your pet can travel on a mattress, attached to your seat; or our Pet-Rooms. The Pet-Rooms are ventilated and shaded kennels, which are located on the outside aft deck. They are equipped with cameras and you can visit them at any time during the trip.

You will find an exclusive premium lounge with extra comfortable seats, personalized attention, and unlimited consumptions (menus, snacks and drinks). Its access is reserved for customers traveling at any rate with access to our Clase Oro Lounge (Priority and Oro rates).

Our ship offers several entertainment options to enjoy at your seat, with friends, or with the little ones. Among them, is our 'On Board Club' app, which allows you to choose movies, series, games, and music, to enjoy on your own devices. You will also find spaces with live TV, board games, or a playground for kids.

You will find free Wi-Fi connection, available in areas with mobile signal. Our free Wi-Fi service gives access to messaging services (such as WhatsApp text) and email.

In the case of social networks, audiovisual platforms, and other uses of the Internet, as we navigate in the open sea the use will depend on mobile signal, so the experience might not be optimal during your whole crossing.

Ferry bus

On the crossings between Tenerife, La Gomera y La Palma you can use our free ferry bus service that connects S.C de Tenerife (city center) and the port of Los Cristianos (ferry port). Our ferry bus schedules work in coordination with the departure times of our fast ferrys. To use this service you must indicate it in advance of your trip and book your seat, as they are limited.
